Matthew Dooley

Founder & CEO

Matthew is a Cincinnati native whose life is about innovating, connecting and giving back. He launched dooley media in 2010 when he saw a need for local businesses to better leverage the emerging social media platforms. In addition to his agency, Matthew launched and currently teaches the social media course at Xavier and is the tech editor for Social Media Marketing for Dummies. When he's not on Facebook, he spends his free time with his family, including his wife Ashley, their children Lucas and Ava, and their rescue dog, Norman.



Keri (Dooley) Stephens


Keri has over 12 years of experience in market strategy, research, and innovation. She loves hustling to take new ground for clients (and dooley media) by growing sales and transforming people. As a market research manager at P&G for nearly a decade, she's grown some of the world’s biggest CPG brands and challenged mindsets with campaigns including the Always’ #LikeAGirl viral campaign. She's on the board of the Xavier University Department of Entrepreneurship and a frequent speaker and writer on lean customer development and business model innovation at Startup Weekend and universities. When she's not at the office, Keri loves baking cakes and spending time with her husband Tim and daughter Winnie.



Molly McCafferty

Account manager

Molly was born and raised in Cincinnati and graduated from Miami University. She did a three-year stint in Chicago, but, like most Cincinnatians that venture to the Windy City, she returned to us in the fall of 2017. She has 8 years experience in media and digital sales, advertising and promotions. Aside from being our community relations manager, Molly put her passion for health and wellness to good use by creating a Cincinnati-centric health and wellness website, CincyStateOfBeing. When she isn't checking out new fitness studios or making friends on Instagram, she can be found at a country concert or spending time with her six nieces and nephews. 



Blake A. Galloway

Motion & Graphic Designer

At his core, Blake is a dreamer. His diet of Walt Disney, Tim Ferris and Youtube tutorials continue to sculpt him into the entrepreneurial dreamer he is today. As a designer, Blake has worked on creative for Disney, Epipheo, and  Datecrawl. Some of Blake's specialties include Visual Storytelling, Motion Design, and UX/UI. When Blake is not dreaming up new ventures, he enjoys making dinner with his wife and posting doodles and stupid cat videos on Instagram.



Cory Woodruff


Cory enjoys creating media with a strong visual appeal. His passion for creating high-quality visuals flows from his mission to produce media that uplifts, encourages, and inspires others. As a self-starter, he has run his own production company since his junior year of high school and has since loved working with clients to understand their vision and use his visual skills to tell client stories with clarity and quality that will inspire and engage their audience.



Amy Hertsenberg

Account manager

Amy is a data nerd with a passion for creativity. She has spent the last 4 years and exploring the world of digital marketing and social media. Her goal is to help brands build meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with their followers. She volunteers her time and expertise to help teach churches and non-profits how they can use social media to reach their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting local coffee shops and testing out new restaurants with her husband Mike and her son Owen.



Ben Swofford


Ben brings natural curiosity and writing chops to the dooley media squad. A contributor to our content team, he has experience managing and growing social media channels for both local and national brands. After spending his high school years in Cincinnati, Ben got a design degree at Miami University before joining the agency world. Outside of work, Ben loves movies, music, and traveling to new places.
