Matthew Dooley

Founder & CEO

Matthew is a Cincinnati native whose life is about innovating, connecting and giving back. He launched dooley media in 2010 when he saw a need for local businesses to better leverage the emerging social media platforms. In addition to his agency, Matthew launched and currently teaches the social media course at Xavier and is the tech editor for Social Media Marketing for Dummies. When he's not on Facebook, he spends his free time with his family, including his wife Ashley, their children Lucas and Ava, and their rescue dog, Norman.



Keri (Dooley) Stephens


Keri has over 12 years of experience in market strategy, research, and innovation. She loves hustling to take new ground for clients (and dooley media) by growing sales and transforming people. As a market research manager at P&G for nearly a decade, she's grown some of the world’s biggest CPG brands and challenged mindsets with campaigns including the Always’ #LikeAGirl viral campaign. She's on the board of the Xavier University Department of Entrepreneurship and a frequent speaker and writer on lean customer development and business model innovation at Startup Weekend and universities. When she's not at the office, Keri loves baking cakes and spending time with her husband Tim and daughter Winnie.



Blake A. Galloway

Motion & Graphic Designer

At his core, Blake is a dreamer. His diet of Walt Disney, Tim Ferris and Youtube tutorials continue to sculpt him into the entrepreneurial dreamer he is today. As a designer, Blake has worked on creative for Disney, Epipheo, and  Datecrawl. Some of Blake's specialties include Visual Storytelling, Motion Design, and UX/UI. When Blake is not dreaming up new ventures, he enjoys making dinner with his wife and posting doodles and stupid cat videos on Instagram.



Ben Swofford


Ben brings natural curiosity and writing chops to the dooley media squad. A contributor to our content team, he has experience managing and growing social media channels for both local and national brands. After spending his high school years in Cincinnati, Ben got a design degree at Miami University before joining the agency world. Outside of work, Ben loves movies, music, and traveling to new places. 


Ryan Lieb


Ryan is an ambitious, up-and-coming college student who has a passion for innovation. He attends the University of Cincinnati where he studies Marketing & Entrepreneurship, with a focus on brand strategy and industry innovation. Recently, he has worked with UC’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Commercialization to grow UC student engagement with #StartupCincy. Ryan has a passion for the Over-the-Rhine revitalization, which is why you’ll probably find him around the newest OTR establishment in his free time.
