WE CAN SPEAK ABOUT:

  • How to Create Better Content
Creating worthwhile content doesn't have to be difficult or cumbersome. From this talk, you'll learn how to do more with less. Maximize your resources to create quality social media content that makes an impact. We'll cover ideation, content creation, distribution, and our favorite resources.

  • Design Thinking and Beyond
Discover how an empathetic approach to problem solving can help you create a better customer experience, marketing strategy, and social media presence. The foundation of successful marketing starts with understanding your target user. Design thinking isn't just for designers.

  • How to Identify and Nurture Brand Advocates
Establishing a page and pushing out content is half of the battle. The other half is putting your brand in the hands of people who are better connected, oftentimes better at telling your story, and carry more trust with the people you want to reach. We will show you how to research what and who influences someone’s purchase decision and then how to invite and nurture a growing list of socially connected brand builders who are ready to recruit your next wave of customers.

  • Making the Case for Social Media
Let's face it. Not everyone in your organization believes in the value of social media. How do you convince them to get started and how do you keep them believing? We will show you how to achieve social media success in your own way and ensure social media has a rightful spot in your communication mix.

  • Pay to Play: Leveraging Targeted Ads
The social media space is crowded, and you're reaching less and less of your fan base everyday. In addition to making the most of your opportunities for 'organic' reach, the leading social media platforms now offer you the ability to reach more of the right people - both in and outside of your fan base. We'll detail all that's possible and how to make the most of your investment in targeted ads on social media.

  • Getting the Most out of LinkedIn
By now, you and most of your colleagues have established an account on LinkedIn. But are you regularly using the platform to benefit you and your organization? Matthew Dooley - whose LinkedIn profile is in the top 1% most viewed - will show you all of the ins and outs of LinkedIn, including best practices and pitfalls to avoid. He'll cover everything from optimizing your profile and growing your network to demonstrating thought leadership and integrating LinkedIn with other business tools.

  • Using Social Media for Event Promotion
Do you have an event you're planning but you're not completely sure how to leverage social media to get and keep people excited? We will show you all of the tools and methods for making your event as successful as possible.

  • Integrating Social Media into the Fabric of Your Organization
Social media is often treated as a distinct channel that's separate from all of the other ways you - or others - get the word out about your business. In this presentation, we will you show you how to make social media part of everything else you do, resulting in more loyal customers who tell their friends about you.
  • And more - you tell us what your audience is craving!
