How we helped: Having a network of locations can be a challenge when it comes to brand consistency, especially when that brand is built by uniquely creative individuals. We helped Mitchell's maintain brand recognition across multiple platforms, while lifting up the people behind their brand (their team). By highlighting individual staff, we created an organic - and authentic - online referral program. With great content and strategy, it's as easy as wash, rinse and repeat


#MitchellsStyle: Video Series

We worked with Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa to create a unique video series perfect for social engagement. Mitchell's Salon faced a unique challenge; hoping to show off their many unique staff members, while maintaining the level of excellence their clientele expect. The goal of the videos was to connect key staff members with a larger audience, building relate-ability, share-ability, and ultimately a built-in social referral program. The videos received great engagement from those who already know and love the Mitchell's brand, but were just waiting for a reason to share their experience. 


Engaging Contests

Fun, easy-entry contests build excitement around a holiday, while simultaneously promoting a special sale. For Mother's Day, we helped Mitchell's celebrate local moms, for an entire week while shining a light on their gift certificate sale. The result was an engaging experience that gave attention to moms who were more than deserving. 


Photography + Graphics

We worked with Mitchell's to build an easily recognizable online brand. Original, campaign-driven graphics cut through the clutter of social feeds, announcing new products and services. Consistently highlighting beautiful hair photography helped to elevate stylists' work, while building up their clientele and the Mitchell's name. We utilized a combination of professional photography and stylist photography to create the right mix of polished content and authentic behind-the-scenes pieces. Stylists received helpful training and tips to improve their photography and Instagram skills. The process led to built-in brand ambassadors and a natural online referral program.
