Total quality Logistics (TQL) brought dooley media in to put together a comprehensive strategy for how their company could leverage social media. TQL was active across various platforms, but lacked purpose and organization.One of their primary objectives was to start building relationships with their carriers; the truck drivers and dispatchers responsible for transporting goods all over the country. In order to do that, TQL had to invite them to interact online.
Every quarter, TQL ran a sweepstakes for carriers, but this time it was primarily run through the Facebook page. In just a couple weeks, their fan base on Facebook jumped 50%! And because they wanted the content to appeal to this audience, they created a separate page called Life at TQL that is focused on employees and recruits.
